Inspired by Simone's gift for bringing people together through food, we transformed a garage into this Italian dining space-embracing that cherished Italian tradition of turning intimate spaces into cozy spots for shared meals Caffé Simone merges Moroccan warmth and colors with Italian tradition and flavor. It's where Ta Hmraght-Taghazout's travel and beach spirit meets Milan's retro café culture. Perfect for a quick coffee, a long lunch or intimate dinner. Drawing from our region's local markets, we create dishes that celebrate both Moroccan and Italian culinary traditions. Our chef draws inspiration from Sicily's ancient kitchens, where Arab and Italian flavors came together beautifully during the Emirate of Sicily (831-1091). Nine centuries later, we bring these timeless Mediterranean flavors to our tables, inviting you to be part of a rich Mediterranean heritage.
